Love CDP, but usually I drink more Gigondas or Vacqueyras because they’re more affordable, good info on the producer, you seem to be coming back to this format recently and I like it, but I also love the lon-ass episodes.

I learned about Chateauneuf Du Pape mainly by watching your show. This is a wine that will definitely be going on my wish list. You brought the thunder big time in these early episodes!!! Great job, and I can’t wait to watch the next 899 episodes. I can see the current Gary coming out in this episode a little. “Let’s give it a whirl.”

wow, if you would start your show today like those one we would all be scared that you are in a deep burn out !!! . For me Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape is to wine what the Yankees are to baseball, what Montreal Canadiens are to Hockey (I hope Gary that you know the Habs history since you're now the NHL savior!… and Oh… first thing you need to do to get hockey popular… Get rid of Bettman right aways… You'll save a HUGE amount of time and you'll become the most popular guy up here in Canada!!!) on the jorney throught the oldies..Gary you said "new wave" (not new world)..u must of being listening to the radio before you went on..no big ass glass yet, one of the few benefits of this recession is that one can now afford a CDP as a weekend wine as opposed to a very special ocassion wine, before I had to be contend with Cotes Du Rhone wines which were a fraction of the price to come close to the favor profile. www.winelx.com
