I decanted this wine and I believe that makes a big difference on this wine. The Shiraz brings the fruit and spice. The Cabernet brings a nice tannic structure and some dark berry fruit as well. Decent mid palate and lengthy finish as well. There’s some oak, some savory aspects, a well-rounded wine all in all. I would probably pay more for this wine.
