Somehow I pictured your “theme” music sounding like that.

TIM IT WAS INSANE, I almost didnt want to put the video up thinking the same thing. I wish there was a way, and I am sure my IT guys can figure it out to show you we taped this earlier today before any of the comments. I actually wish I loved it and then we would have alot to talk about!

It’s great to hear about NY wines. I once had some wine from the Finger Lakes that was about 10 years old (at the time…and I can’t remember what it was), but my co-workers and I were actually quite suprised by it. It didn’t totally blow us away, but it still had some fruit and balance and was just a nice little wine.

My overall favorite Cab based wine, which I’ve had at 3 tastings and 1 dinner (by a very generous client) has to be the 86 Mouton. I can’t afford it, so I’ll probably never get it again, but man….nothing has been better to me.

    Go Bears.

What are the odds that we’d be bashing Bedell this morning and you’d put it in a tasting? Probably better chance of the Jets winning a superbowl! Just kidding…

Thanks for the tour! How many bottles do you guys have on stock? And: What was with all the corks today?

Best Cabernet based wine I ever had was the 1994 Chateau Montelena Estate. Also was part of my “Best” wine stories from your first question….So I’ll give a close second. The 1996 Chateau St. Jean Cinq Cepage was so delicious. It could have been the hype, it could have been that we cheated and recieved more than our allotment, it could have even been the price, but all those put together with an absoltuly perfectly balanced wine that thumbed it’s Sonoma nose at Napa made it a close number 2….sadly I only have one bottle left.

Thanks for the mention on the graphics!

Nice tour. Love those tropical fish.

Best cab: 1992 Chateau Montelena Napa Valley Estate Reserve. Tasted several months ago. Absolutely singing now.
