    Just opened the 2003 ZD Napa Valley
    The nose smells of achohol…almost hot on the nose.
    Front end is very good….but…very tannic.
    I can definitely taste the plum and something else I think is Cassis. I don’t know what Cassis tastes like, so this might be it. Also Jam…reminds me of a really rich preserve.
    The finish is long on the spit, but short on the swallow…is that wierd?

    Was typing while I was tasting the first glass….mmmmmmm wine

    Sorry I missed yesterday, I was too busy watching the Yanks put on a batting clinic at the stadium!! Gary I’ll be at the Jet game on Sunday, just got tix today. I’ll be wearing my Marino jersey as I watch your Jets get run over by the Colts!! But honestly it should be a good game. Good show!! I guess you were actually serious about the Pat Benetar.

    MarcT…I actually live two hours north right around Sacramento. Thank you so much for the invite…it is truly appreciated, but I will be here working.

    I didn’t believe for a second that this was actually #100…unfortunatly you can’t hear my sarcasm 99% of the time…and I’m usually full of it!…sarcasm that is.

    Wherever the party is…I know we will all have an unbelievable time.

    Hey Gary…howabout having a mini-auction to support a charity at the party. That’s something I could get into, and I am willing to put up the first bottle, or 12….just a thought.

    Guys…I don’t think Gary means for this to be #100…Remember he said his guys were working on some things to tide us over until #100…Technically speaking, it was episode #100 but I don’t think that is the intention. Remember he also mentioned that while he was gone if we emailed a video he would get it to his guys to put on as well…I don’t think that we should consider this #100. At least I don’t…

    BrandonM…I hate to say it but I don’t want the party to be in San Fran…I am about to go there and want to go somewhere else. So because I am king of the world I deem San Francisco to be out of the running!!! HAHAHAHA
    No really…do you live there? My girl and I will be there on holiday from Sept. 30 to Oct 7. Maybe we can catch up and share a bottle or three. I have some killer things planned but if you are free let me know.

    I’m with MarkT…since the Q4 starts this weekend, and the party is in Q1…I need to know quickly so I can get it in the books.

    Did I say my vote was San Francisco yet? Cause that’s my vote. The little city on the west coast. The one near napa / sonoma…that San Francisco.

    One of my favorite expressions is episode #32 after Gary drinks the Liberty School Cab. Watch right before he moves on to the Ravenswood…he has this scowl…and then what I call THE YIP!!!
    A little hop in his chair with a frown as if to throw the taste away from him…classic.
    Could this be called a VaynerYIP?

    Sweet…although this could be considered Episode 100 I will not count it so. I would love to see an outtakes and an expressions reel too.
    Gary…are you hinting on what episode 100 might be? You said it would SUCK…this could be a joke or we might actually get the heat episode!!!!
    BTW…I told you I would not stop reminding you of the WLTV party…When and where man, when and where?!?!?!
    Tonight while I type this I am eating a kick ass Cuban Sandwich my buddy made for me (yes he’s Cuban) and drinking the 2004 Bodegas Arrocal Ribera del Duero that you tasted back in episode #94. I must agree with you on this one…especially for the price…this wine will have a great QPR. Thank you and thanks to WL for the supper fast shipping this week!
