Hey Gary.. Greate episode btw… There is one thing I’ve noticed however, and that is whenever you’re outside with your nice camera, the white balance is always way, way off… Next time you do an outside episode, remember to set the white balance on your camera to auto, cloudy, or sunlight.. =) The incorrect white balance is what give’s the video such a “bluish” tint….

As always, greatly enjoyed the show…

Maybe the best show EVER! So damn funny. Great Hands!

This is why the Vlog is so entertaining, ITS RAW!

Keep it up G-money, even if my ignorant state won’t let you ship your wine here!

FAHRIGGIN’ CRAAAYYZZZZEEEE GARY!!!! YOU RULE the tasting world and I have to agree this episode is within the top 10 and an instant classic. I think I lost bladder control when you were chasing the sliding glass with your nose and then coralling the quickly exiting bottles. Damn that MollyDooker has some legs. Too bad they were frozen to the glass along with your breath. You even had the dude holding the sign choreographed with your spraying. QOTD: Like Mathew L (Comment 71) I was raised in Michigan and was there for the storm of ‘81. In high school at the time, we invented the sport of taking our beater bicycles and racing them down the fully iced street and back. There were no penalties and no rules. Just crossing the finish line without a broken bike or limb meant you were the winner by default.

Now Gary…I really think you could have worn a coat. Do coats somehow impede our ability to taste wine? Being a Mom for 17 years I just could not help but think “Where is this boys coat??”. Thanks for the laugh and the wine advice, you are one of a kind and a breath of fresh air.

Gary! Walking across a parking lot yesterday in NJ to get into a building I was almost in tears, the cold wind hurt so bad, how did you do this? How did you catch that sliding glass, when your fingers must have been all but frozen? Nothing you won’t do for us, and we humbly thank you! ;)

Well Gary – now we really know what it takes to get LOTS of people on the comment board! You, plus a little bit of pain and suffering…
Knowing this should open up a world of episode possibilities for you!

Very enjoyable episode. I agree with many others, that the bottle and glass saves from the wind were excellent.

QOTD: Back in ‘92 or so there was a crazy storm that ended up dropping like 8+ inches of snow, but there was a thick layer of ice in there somewhere. I remember ice skating around my neighborhood and through yards, and playing ice hockey at the park. Haven’t seen anything like that since.

Wow… most impressive effort GV. Some great wine glass and bottle saves/scoops… did you play any middle infield back in the day? Keep up the great work.

QOTD – I don’t remember any specific dates, but any time one could spend a day off school building snow forts and engaging in king of the (snow) hill battles are classic times in my book.

Dominus, Interseting that you interpreted “ball and chain” as being a she. ;) You nailed it with hte rec. I must say as we both love Moscato d’asti. I ended up opening a 2000 Whiterock Vineyards Claret. I worked crush at this winery this fall and highly recomend the 2001 or 2002, 2000 was a bit thin.

    Nice episode Bossa
My favorite snow day was at my boarding school senior year when so many teachers and students had the flu that school had to close for a day.

Nice catches. QOTD: Storm in 87 or 88 dropped a couple feet of snow over two weeks. They canceled mid-terms in high school! Didn’t get much better than that.
