Check it out. It's "their thing"... Barossa is attempting to play catch up. South Africa is attempting to play catch up.<br><br>Hunter Valley is where it all began... I'd recommend starting with Tyrrell's, most especially their premium wine, and quite possibly the best dry straight Semillon in the world, the Vat 1. Then move down the line to the Belford and even the Stevens.
