Chablis has gotten such a bad rap after CHABLIS being pastwed on millions of gallon jugs of CRIBARI and gallo> iT IS A GREAT DRINK

Nice ep. But that QOTD … : whadaya talking about? What the h*ck is this jug-Chablis?
Anyway, same here with Chablis: often underrated, but often also justly downrated … there is still a huge lot of junk Chab on the market over here.
Try Vocoret PÃ¨re et Fils one time. My favourite: very minerally, terroir-driven, zesty and crisp. Even the crus still have that minerality apparent. Sometimes the crus of others go to buttery, toffee-style to me.

Well, I’ve had a rough day/weekend and was sitting down with my glass of Delille D2 Red which Gary hits it on the head with “raspberry” notes and hoping to view a new episode. Oh well.

I’m cooking some nice tuna steaks so hopefully that will save the night.
