Anyway, same here with Chablis: often underrated, but often also justly downrated ... there is still a huge lot of junk Chab on the market over here.
Try Vocoret PÃ¨re et Fils one time. My favourite: very minerally, terroir-driven, zesty and crisp. Even the crus still have that minerality apparent. Sometimes the crus of others go to buttery, toffee-style to me.</description>
