QOTD: My mom is going to be visiting in July and I’m taking her on a wine tasting trip through Washington Wine Country – specifically to Walla Walla and the Columbia Valley.

Gary: what you said about wives not liking the show really hit home for me. My wife isn’t fond of some of my viewing choices but I’m hoping she’ll come around one day and become a fellow Vayniac.

I’ll bet the people that liked the Voga drank it ice cold and missed how bad it was to the room temp drinkers. QOTD; Grandchildren in June,wine and jazz festival at Snowshoe West,VA in July, eating and drinking ay Hilton Head Island for Labor Day weekend,finally wine,jazz and food at Rehoboth Beach,DE in October. I had a feeling about that wine…sorry, I meant wine cocktail. You should have used some of those dimes for a bottle of Boone’s Farm Country Kwencher. At least you could have enjoyed the reminiscing of younger, crazier times and sadly enough, a better QPR.

QOTD: Going to Santa Rosa Beach (FL) with my wife, kid, and family; and playing a lot of golf and drinking much wine. Not necessarily in that order.

QOTD: I’m sweating my balls off here in Japan cuz it’ll be 90 degrees with 98 percent humidity. But to escape the sweat rain I’ll be drinkin plenty of refreshing vino and sake and jump over to America in August when it’s just unbareable.
Love the coinage in the wine, classic!!
I’ve probably only dumped about 4 bottle of wine due to the poo factor but it’s so frickin’ frustrating.
That’s what’s so interesting about wine: you can get a crap bottle for 10 or 100 dollars and you can get some fantastic wine in a range of prices.

Well if this weekend is any indication of my summer I’m livn’ large!!
Got to attend the Vin Divino tasting in Chicago Sunday,,, my first attempt at tasting over 120 wines in one day!! Awesome! Got to chase some of those wonderful Austrian wines… shout out to Claus Preisinger http://www.clauspreisinger.at
Other than that… enjoying the best place to summer…… Northern Wisconsin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
