Very cool ,love the pickle shirt ,thanks for the extra effort before leaving all great shows…QOTD I’m a dirt bomb not that much experience with the dirt but the few I’ve had I’ve enjoyed… and bombs are bombs there’s a time and a place.

QOTD – My money is spent on dirty, but I have enjoyed the occasional bomb at a friends house.

QOTD. Dirt when it comes to most things (especially Syrah), but a dirt bomb for Burgundy and CA Pinot Noir.

After taping 12 eps in a row it’s okay to miss the vintage, yes?

You know, when you said “Moo-ex” I was wondering if that is how he pronounces his last name – and apparently he does. Kudos, Gary. Learned something new.

How is the ‘04 Villacreces? I notice you carry that as well.

QOTD: Dirty, most of the time, especially for collectibles. I do enjoy the fruit bombs at times, usually backyard or beach BBQs, but given a choice, give me the dirt.

    Greetings Mr V!

Got some interesting looks wearing the dead deer and cherries shirt this weekend…
Nice cap to the “Greek vacation” series, I guess I’m neutral/”dirty bomb”. I lean towards a mix of young new world and old world with some age on ‘em.

Allright, I’m monopolising the space here, I know, giving me 6 cents in one episode… Here’s why…

Did anybody else notice how WS taster on Spain Thomas Matthews always seems to be dissing wines everybody else likes? I mean, the guy has the absolute right to do so, but Gary tasted today a 93+ Ribera del Duero that he says he ingcannot possibly find anyone says it is a bad effort yet, WS rates it…. 84, saying it’s really ordinary!!! Some of my favorite Spanish values are like 91 pts in my book and in Parker’s, and WS thinks there worth 84 points. The guy just doesn’t seem to be on the same planet as everybody else…

Give me some feedback if you ever notices that too…

    TheDumbPhase

The 2004 Villacreces Gary’s tasting is actually a 2003 when he holds up the bottle NOT a 2004.

Force me to choose — dirty.

But I don’t have to choose. Give me all of them.
