GV – Mark Twain said “It is very wearing to be good.”

I just want you to know that you are doing excellent work and making a difference. Every show I watch I learn something and get to laugh too.

The scavenger hunt was the best and another example of creativity at work.

btw I just checked and GaryHasMeInStiches.com is still available.

I love chenin blanc. It’s actually my favorite white wine varietal right now, I don’t give a damn what anyone thinks. I think it brings the intense tropical flavors of the sauvignon blanc with a bit more balanced acidity and great structure (at least in the ones i’ve recently come across). I love what we have here, It has expanded my horizons so much I can’t even do it justice with words. the first thing I do when I get home from work everyday is watch WLTV.

Well…it’s really a…it’s really a…well, actually…oh, my God, I’m so sorry…it’s really a Bordeaux glass. I’m so sorry! Please…please…I’m so sorry!!! Oh, my God…I feel so guilty. This is going to keep me up ’til 5 a.m. Please, please forgive me! Oh, my God…oh, my God… ;-)

:) I want to take the Oak Monster along with me, as a protector, too! What a great way to use him for GOOD. (Just like what Yukon Cornelius did with the Abominable Snow Monster…)
QOTD: It is UNBELIEVABLE to have this every day. Thank you.

Too much fun Gary. It’s amazing how much talent you guys have and how these shows continue to be new and entertaining…ALL THE TIME! FOR FREE! Now, more free stuff and a treasure hunt? Are you kidding? Life is good, kinda of “like a fine woman in a belgian bar” (my vote for new t-shirt), or for the fairer gender amongus, a fine man in a belgian bar. Thanks for giving soooo much!

    Now that was the THUNDER!!!

I was a little worried after reading the comments from yesterday’s episode. I was worried this whole thing was going to end. I was sad. Boy was I wrong.

Way to step up. Website chase was hilarious, I’m still laughing!!
Keep doing what you do, that’s why I’m still watching every day.

Hahaha! I loved the Gary nerd one.

Great treasure hunt, I really enjoyed it.

I really don’t know what to say. I’m overwhelmed. Can I go back to living my life the way I did before this show?

QOTD: I found someone I know who is a lurker, a cab fan, and a former New Yorker. I told him to look for me. Hi Ray, it’s me.

How did you get to be so wonderful?

Seriously, it’s so inspiring when people TRY. When they put themselves out there. It can be really hard to do. You happen to succeed (very much so), but what I love most is that you care, and it shows. It really is inspirational. Thanks!

If you haven’t already, how about a tasting of some older Zins sometime down the road? I know they’re usually made to be consumed when young, but just curious to see your take on some that have aged a bit.

Great episode. My mouth was watering as you ate that cheese with the Baumard. Dang, you’ve got it good my friend (not without hard work, of course).

Crazy Gary! Freakin’ funny goose chase! The Elegance hour almost put me to sleep after 2 minutes! Thank God that is not how you really are!

I dunno, Gary, I kind of liked the elegance hour. It was actually still more enthusiastic than some of the Spectator online videos. I know WLTV has definitely changed MY wine world. I’ve even convinced my mom to stop drinking California Sauvignon Blanc!

BTW: Loooove the coteaux du layon.

Hello Gary, several things in my mind:
    1. Thank you for the shoutout! I had forgotten my birthday since I have bigger thoughts in my mind, thank you so much that was really kind of you!
    2. Wow amazing episode!!! a classic in so many levels; there was great wine, cheese, that double-ending and double “YOU, WITH A LITTLE BIT OF ME..”, the chase-gary-vaynerchuk sort of game which I know how much relief must have brought to you. (no kidding)
    3. It seems that with this mind cleansing you just did it starts a new era, well of course you’ll remember that this Monday the show turns a whole year in the “edgier” format. In those days I thought that there was no way you could mantain this level of energy for too much long, but you’ve made it, congratulations!!!!
    4. Thank you for the beringers and turning leaf tip, I DEFINITELY have to seek them out at the restaurant list!! I’ve found no scores yet, so this must be really under the radar!!! :)
    5. SEE YOU SEMI-LIVE ON MONDAY!!!

thank you for the wrist band!

(hmmmm….seems I’ve been missing the “back stage” action by ignoring the forums lately…what’s this treasure hunt…?)

Well, he rolled the dice and drew snake eyes, but HE’S BACK!!! Nice episode Gary. I’m a huge Baumard fan, even though I’ve only had a couple of ‘em. Classic wines.

sigh…maybe I should at least lurk on the forums…so many forums, so little time….well, the least I can do is send my freakin Vayniac wristband picture, eh? Will get it done this weekend, and it WILL be worth the wait. Thanks Gary! Can’t wait for your visit to beautiful Portland, Oregon, which I’m sure can’t be too far away!

    Denise

I love you, too, Gary!! Yes, ABSOLUTELY I knew that comment was for me!!!!…I could see it in your eyes!!! (…and for the record, just like the wine, I like hitting on you, too!;)!!)

Thanks for raising the bar, thanks for never compromising youself, thanks for your unparalleled sense of humor, creativity, and strong wit (the Oxford-guy skit just about floored me!…too funny), and thanks for WEARING THE VASSAR SHIRT!!!! Awesome!! You crack me up!!!

AND…thanks for answering my “Ask” question! Who says you lack content?!?!?…all anyone has to do is simply “Ask!!!”

    You rock, Gary QPR Vaynerchuk.

    Your #1 fan,
    Denise : )

Three great wines in one show – what next!

  21. July 21, 2007

    Garret Nagle

    Oh and one more thing!

You didn’t have to stay at the office so late working on today’s WLTV adventure (or your employees)!

  22. July 21, 2007

    Garret Nagle

The nobility wine of Montepulciano has finally made its way to the WLTV community. A wine as nobile as this could have ended up Elegant Gary’s video blog today I think!

You are quite the interesting fellow Gary, answering e-mails at 3 a.m., taping videos all the time, and, oh yeah…actually running a business. Good grief – where do you get all this energy?

QOTD: I believe the above could have answered this, but I think I watch you more than I actually watch TV. So thanks for being my most watched talking head. No seriously; thank you for tasting wine with me, thank you for educating me, thank you for the free wristbands, and the list goes on.

Oh. And thank you for making me not become a wine snob.

Have a relaxing and restful weekend.

    HAHAHAHA…Elegance Hour….hahahahahaha. That was awesomely funny…

QOTD: It is great, my wife thinks I’m nuts but she’s coming around…

Great show! Loved the Hunt. Keep up the Great work, i was drinking wine ocassionally then came across your show only a few weeks ago and have been getting into wine very fast and I am loving the experience and don’t see myself slowing down. I give you a lot of credit for trying to introduce wine to all generations so people don’t just always drink the same bottle of Yellow Tail over and over. Amazing job!

My disappointment in your not trying the Sea Smoke Southing was quickly allayed by the the jocularity in following you on your budding acting career. You never disappoint. This was fun!
