Can’t blame you for being pissed. You give an aweful lot to us. It is so easy to take it for granted. THANK YOU. I really like these viewer request episodes.
    Please do them more often.

Since you mentioned third grade on garyissorry.com, just want to know: were you the class clown?

QOTD: It’s pretty cool. Who would have imagined it 18 months ago?

How do I get the rest of the Mollydooker review. I joined facebook as instructed, but no links. I am a new viewer and enjoy the reviews very much. Although I have trouble with the video playback most of the time, I do manage to get most of them…….Webpage is very hard to navigate for someone not familiar with the jargon.

I’m sorry Gary for all the people that complained about what you did with putting up the exclusive up on Facebook. I know that you put your heart and soul into this and ask for very little in return a comment and friend you up. That is not too much to ask I have been a “Lurker” for a few months and I just needed to come out after all of this and say I am sorry for all those ungrateful people out there that have to complain to you about a video that they get for FREE. I love the show and you have opened my eyes to a whole new world. I was not a wine drinker before but the is changing. Thank you for everything you give to the wine world.

Thanks for trying my wine, Gary! Truth be told, we lucked out with it. Stayed in Montepulciano and happened to stop at the Poliziano winery for a tasting and picked up some wine to be shipped backed.

Going to pop the Asinone for our 5th anniversary. :) Glad you liked it, you can find it on some wine lists around here but it’s still relatively hard to find.

By the way ‘woman in a Belgian bar’? Is there something special about Belgian bars that Americans know but we Belgians don’t?

That was fantastic – both the episode and the ‘other’ thing (let’s not give it away). After reading the comments on the previous episode I felt sort of depressed myself, thought that maybe you were giving up a little bit on this. I should have known better, sorry!

I also do feel there was a slight change of direction back towards educating a bit more, and although you shouldn’t become Sir Gary I do feel that it adds a lot. As obnoxious as Sir Gary was, I couldn’t help thinking it was interesting getting some info on the Cotes Rotie :) . Also information like how a wine will age and what sort of food it would pair with is always good to hear…

BUT (and this is a big but), in the end I watch this because of the genuine enthusiasm and the fact that the show has me laughing and smiling so much. That’s the essence – all the other stuff is just bonus!

I think that also answers the QOTD, in a way.

My own QOTD: what’s up with just having City/Zip/State on ‘that page’? How about showing some love to your non-US fans? Also: should I feel guilty asking for the new one after getting the old one just three weeks ago? The new one is just too awesome… but I’d feel sort of bad asking – you guys don’t even get any business from me…

Great episode, the hunt was hilarious and a great response to yesterday’s fiasco.

If you want to provide 7 days a week of entertainment, knock yourself out! I know I’d watch everyday.

Gary, when I log on at 10:00pm and find there is no new episode, I simply assume you couldn’t marshal the time and focus to do justice to an episode. I’m sure most viewers understand this.

That said, it is particularly satisfying, come Friday, to have enjoyed a full five days of your variety of stimulation, especially with a glass in hand.

Wow, scavenger hunt was awesome and damned enjoyable.

Gary, it seems to me that certain people think that you OWE them something simply because they watch WLTV…Crazy…Keep doing what you’re doing, any damn way you wanna do it. Keep bringing the thunder and the Vayniacs will keep bringing the love.

I’m off to drink a case of Yellowtail Chardonnay…

Gary – Thanks for the belly laughs I got following the web trail (and the reward at the end).

Just keep doing what you are doing my friend. I know you are doing things right just by looking at how much I have spent at WL over the past year. Just have to make sure the lovely wife doesn’t find out!

sorry, but i commented before i went on your wild internet ride, AND i accidentally send in two requests for wristbands…feel free to cancel one.

anyway, I, for one, will never begrudge you for ANYTHING. I think too many people take web 2.0 free content for granted, and it’s obvious those are the kind of people who have no idea what goes into a podcast(especially a daily one) like yours

    Keep bringing the thunda’

    great Ep, gary.

For whatever it’s worth, My mom is now the marketing person for her winery(mad promotion), and just received an article about you during a meeting to which she responded “my son has been telling me about this guy for months!!”

QOTD: you have nurtured a fantastic community. I have been a member of numerous gaming forums over the past few years, but I think that you have created a superior community of simply great people. Cheers, bro

Gary, your little bread crumb(read: webpage) trail was fantastic. Seriously, if I didn’t already have my best man picked out, I would have asked you just because of that! Yes we should all hate white wines for the “B****** children they are!”

Happy Birthday Miguel, but don’t drink the Whie Zin!

QOTD – Yeah, it’s pretty great.

“Garyissorry.com” – what a ride that was, you tell it Gary, that was fantastic!!!!! (”Like a fine woman in a Belgian bar” ????) and no, you haven’t Jumped the shark, even with the Yellowtail (loved that spit).
No apologies necessary, keep on doing what you do, if it’s anything like today then I’m in for life.

    Dodger Blue

Gary, I’d like to add one more thing.
My good old Dodgers lost toady to Mets.
So I was in not only dodger blue but real blue.
But you brought my hapiness back just like some wine brings thunder on table.
Thank you again G.V. Wishing well.

Scavenger hunt was awesome Gman . I signed up to facebook just for the bonus ep . It was worth it , can’t get enough WLTV . Some people are just never happy no matter how much you do for them , but i’m thankful for all you do !!! Loved the robotic palate thing , i’m so getting one of those when they come out . You just keep doing your thing , and if some don’t like it WHO GIVES A RATS ASS because we’re changing the wine world like it or not !!! Have a great weekend Gman .

As I twittered you, that 6-part scavenger hunt was a terrific way to start my weekend.
Your least convincing one was the mad guy. Try as you might, Gar’ — you’re just not a mad guy! That’s why we luvs ya!
Your nerd guy was a bit like a Finalist-turned-Runner-Up we both know!
Many thanks for yet another unique, fun one!

    Just keeps getting better ……
I appreciate you too and thanks for consistantly charging forward. I know how tough the grind can be, day after day. The only part about my weekends that I don’t look forward to is no show!

Seeking out some Asinone.By the time I see the show every night, sometimes the wine is sold out…like this time!

QOTD…This forum reminds of a giant tasting room in Napa where everyone wants to enjoy great wine and have a good time doing it~

    Thanks GV

    Dodger Blue

Gary, that was hilarious. It is another instant classic.
However, you dont have to be a wine nerd or super over-the-top hyper guy (although I really liked ^^).
We, Vayniac, love you just the way you are. Thank you always.
