I have to admit: I absolutely loved it. This is a lot of fun. I like your style a lot. Your comments on Sea Smoke Pinot Noir were right on. I have tried all three except the Ten (but I got a couple of bottles in the cellar waiting for the right occasion). I keep hearing from everyone who's tried Ten that it still closed. I even met someone who had the chance to visit the winery and had Ten from the barrel. His opinion was that it needs loooooooong time cellaring. The fun thing about Sea Smoke wines is that you can approach them now or later, but whenever you do it, the wine will blow you away. This is one you gotta share with your friends! I know they're hard to find, but keep looking, and you'll get lucky. Thanks for this great episode. I will start watching the others. Great idea you have here with you program.
