Weeee. I think this is my 2nd comment. :) Watching the show right now.. I looove the Rhone Valley, i’ve never tried a Cote Rotie… But I’ll try some soon…

So any LA vayniacs here want to get together Sat night??? Gary would the forum be a better place to discuss a meet for Sat night? Or Sun lunch. Hope everyone is doing well out there..

I loved the comment about the cheese coming in neutral ’cause it was from Switzerland. I almost spit out my beer…which brings me to the

QOTD: I usually enjoy a nice cold one after work, which is when the newest eps. of WLTV are available, so I don’t normally drink wine while watching. Though it has happened from time to time. I normally drink wine from dinner-time on, which is usually around 8:00 for me.

QOTD: Many times, GV. Actually, it doesn’t matter what I’m sipping on- I swirl it and taste along- :)

Q.O.D. – Not usually because i’m on west coast time and try to catch the show as soon as it airs….but i have before and it just feels right!!!!!!!

QOTD: Of course I’m drinking wine while I’m watching WLTV—that’s what it’s all about, right?

Also, I’m very impressed by Fairview’s Goat Roti as a low-cost alternative to genuine Cote Rotie (which is even more expensive here in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts.) Nice bacon fat action!

Great show. Again, out of our price range.

qotd: Absolutely, always. Today, Zinfandel and Gewurztraminer to start – Carl and Cathy respectively.

Great app idea? Maybe you toss out a style of wine and people can post their reviews of it, maybe link it to their corkd account?

QOTD: rarely. It does make me wish I was, though. ;)

Day 5 of the Port Show Request Post in. It’s lonely on the Post-in couch here. Port drinkers! Request a port show! Just write “port post in” at the bottom of your post. WHO’S WITH ME?!

Currently I’m drinking Cain Cuvee #4 & I’m not crazy about it.
    Funky, off balance, not good.

    Gary, great episode,
QOTD- I wasn’t drinking wine but I was eating some stinky french brie and honey goat cheese on crackers while watching today. I usually only drink and watch on friday’s, I love to see that leather couch.

Nice episode. I´ve completely changed my mind on Rhone the last year and a 03 Guigal Saint Joseph Vigne de l´Hospice was the wine that did it.

QotD : I most often do. The last wine I had with some Gary V. was 05 Tim Adams Semillion. To young, oaky and disjointed. Not like you at all :)

If we share some vino in the city you´ll def. get my Thundercats. And how about that link ?

QOTD: Normally, during my week, I watch WLTV twice while cooking, twice will eating dinner, and once while just lounging around. I would say two times a week I’m drinking some wine.
