I visited the brand new winery / cellar-door / restaurant when I was back in Australia on holidays a few weeks ago. Innocent Bystander is the second label of a mob called Giant Steps who make some pretty good wines. They have some excellent Chardonnay’s that I think you may like, quite subtle and not your over-the-top, obnoxious, 'sunshine in a glass' cheap rubbish (the stuff that gives Australian a bad name). You need to checkout as many Yarra Valley Pinots, Cabernets and Chardonnays as you can, I'm not sure what makes it to the states, but there's some lovely wines coming from this area - especially 2004 and 2005s.
