QOTD: How quickly I was turned onto wine. I was so used to sipping the cheap garbage that my parents bought at the stores that I thought Id never like wine. I was into drinking shots and mixed drinks, then got bored with alcohol altogether. A few years later I tried some good wines and here I am with a decent collection ageing and ready to try new and exciting things in the wine world.

I am sure you have heard a great deal about the previous episode you did on Kosher wines (the choices – if you were going to do 2 from the same winery, why not Golan Heights – i.e., Yarden) so the Castel was finally a choice that begins to show the strides made in making kosher wines. Deinitely 2 thumbs up.
