A wine critic with the gumption to put his own cajones on the line by taking part in producing his own wine? What will the other wine critics say?…Hrr-umph, Hrr-umph, Hrrrumph, Hrr-umphh…”hey I didn’t get a Hrrumph outta that guy!’….hrr-umph! Thats better.

Wow Gary! That is freaking incredible! How could anyone be disappointed? This announcement far exceeded anything I came up with. The only thing that’s a downer for me is the fact that I live in Florida and am on a students budget but i’ll have to find a way to at least get to the release party. The barrel samples by mail is a brilliant idea too. I think it’s awesome that you’re doing everything you can to get all of us involved. Oh, and how about the label contest for the iphone? I think that would be perfect. Thanks so much for all you do for us.

I rather not comment tonight. I expected something more important, after nine months of watching daily that number on the board. I guess it’s going to be fun, but so much expectation just for this? am I missing something here?

G.V. master of marketing. Creating all new business opportunities in the world of wine. Impressive.
I might be in only because I know the fruit will be top notch and with all this attention and media focus, the crush folks and other consultants will put in the extra effort and attention.
    Cheers!

Wow! Never would have guessed this outcome! Very cool idea. I definitely will be buying in, but probably won’t be making too many trips to the left coast. The Albarino sounds good too.

Gary, what a cool idea. Don’t know if I’d be able to participate but even if I don’t, I’m sure you’ll provide us with plenty of ways to be connected to it. I can just picture the twitter messages you’ll be sending along the way. I really love being a part of this community. Thanks, Gary.

Gary– Welcome to the Crushpad Nation. About the same time that I learned about WLTV (in the fall of 2006) I learned about Crushpad. We are also in the biz thanks to Mike Brill and his wonderful business idea. Is this great or what?
