I forgot the key and most important way to get you back, because we need Our Supreme Vayniac back in the twitter …. soon …. but healthy!

Get a new filter for your Heating & Air Filtration System! at work & home! Change it monthly! It’s worth the drive to Home Depot! Buy a 6 pack!

We all need good clean air flow!

And get some of your Gram’s chicken soup that she tasted for us!

    See you soon …. ~*Salute!*~

Trust me, like I trust you …. You will be out and rockin’ in 48hrs!

Pray, Rest, if you have congestion get to the shore for some salt air to clear up your head, drink All Natural Thrist Quencher loaded with electrolytes( like a Healthy Gatorade ) – called Recharge like you drink wine … I actually keep my fridge stocked with all flavors ( orange & Grape are the best ) good for the morning after a WINE Night! Stay hydrated! and drink 1 gallon water a day!

Local honey ( both from your lady & the bees )

No Work! No adult wine, just drink Recharge GRAPE! Turn off the computer, cell phones and lock the doors!

Try to stay away from over the counter meds … they prolong the sickness … go homeopathic with products by BOIRON … fast relief and $6 – $10 each …

BIJA organic tea – Cold Stop Tea
and the best thing to eat is Alaskan SALMON! Loaded with Omega oils!

And the most important: Like Ma always said “get your hands out of your nose” and “Carry hand sanitizer wherever you go, and USE IT!”

    Good night ….

Sorry to hear you are sick!

For an upset stomach from the flu, I like to drink icy cold ginger ale. The colder the better with lots of shards of ice. Generally I suck on the ginger ale coated shards of ice and then try to sip the ginger ale.

    Feel better soon!

    P.S.: Love your show!

    Get well soon, Gary!
Of course the best thing to drink when you’re sick is what your mother gave you when you were sick as a child. For me, that would be peppermint tea, or even better, half peppermint, half camomile.

Hey Gary, take care of that cold hey. Old grandmother remedies are the best. Herbal teas with some honey and lemon and two spoons of either whiskey, cognac or rum, should do the trick. Don’t drink alcohol as if you’re on meds such as extra strength tylenol or aspirin, the two don’t really mix well. You could also warm up some milk and add a spoon of molasses and if your stomach is not too woozy mix it up with oatmeal. The trick is to drinking a lot of fluids and resting and not over tiring yourself and to keep warm. Home made soups are good too when your sick and before going to bed you can take NEO CITRON, stuff like this and VIx VAPORUB and rub it on your chest and throat and if your sinus are congested at the bottom of nose (nostrils). If your not on meds a good cognac can’t hurt. Take care of yourself, pamper yourself, take a warm bath you know but remember to keep warm, hope you feel better soon :)

Hope you’re feeling better man. I’m battling a cold atm myself grrr hate feeling sick! I usually drink a ton of water and juice. Also some hot green tea with a bit of honey usually helps make my throat feel better :D Canadian Whiskey does the trick too and helps ya sleep :D A shot or two of canadian club 12yr ;) Fun Fact –>Where I used to live I could actually smell the CC distilleries if the wind was blowing the right way. Friends of mine got married in the original Hiram Walker building. It was really really nice inside, however it was supposed to be outside in the gardens around back but it was raining to hard :( It all worked out though and the bride didn’t freak out lol.
