QOTD: Yes, but not too often. I guess I’m waiting for one that I taste to pump me up like those three pumped you up.

Live cats? So that’s what those guys in Italy are eating…

QOTD: Nope, haven’t had a Barbera. And what am I waiting for? Where do I start? Time in my schedule to see American Gangster, this semester to end, oh, and this weekend to begin!

This is what the Thunder Show should be about. Wine wine wine…

I have had one Barbera (Technically I had two of these at a restaurant)

1998 Icardi Barbera d’Alba Suri di Mu vineyard. Paired with osso buco. Remember it being very earthy. Great stuff.

    Need to have some more.

QOTD: I’ve only had Barbaras at wine tastings. I’ll have to get one for dinner.
When you come to dinner does everyone lock their cats up? They should.

QotD: Yes but admittedly it was a California Barbera. It was damn tasty, though. Will definitely look up Italian Barbera next time I’m purchasing

yes, I’ve had barbara. Spinetta makes some good ones, though most over $20 I think. love em.
I’m all about barbera and also dolcetto now. I’ll throw in Cahors as to round out my trio of underrated wines (even though the last one is french.) How ’bout a cahors episode?
