    I’m tired of lurking gary,
I have a love for you and your chihuahua like energy, your epic grand hand gestures and your gleaming spittle pail. I don’t care if everyone knows, let them judge; for you, I can do no wrong..

I hope that was worth 10 cents, or whatever you get for a comment.
    keep doing what you’re doing.
    peace

GV, just wanted to comment again because I just seen you in Mens Health magazine (again). Congrats on that! hmmm, I’ll have to try both Roloson and Egelhoff. http://tinyurl.com/2q2v7y

Wow, top 20! Shocking to see Mouvedre on this — would love to see how the Yecla Monastrells compare.

BTW — I noticed that some of the Israeli wines have Rogov scores attached and some don’t, even though he has reviewed most, if not all of them. Why only some?

I’d love to see that $21 Yarden Cab (Rogov 92!) in a Pan-terroir ~$20 Cab Smackdown… We need more cross-terroir shows (especially because, IMO, vintage matters less when you’re going cross-continent and across the world for vintages, as opposed to across France or from Napa to Sonoma).

QOD – I’ve only tried two Bandol’s, which certainly isn’t a fair shake. I’ll have to seek out a couple more in the very near future.

QOTD: I actually have had the 2005 Domaine Tempier Bandol Classique and was happy with it, but not freaking thrilled considering the price. I also have sitting at home their next tier wine, which I think I will sit on for a while before opening. Love the earthy nose and heavy mouth feel these bring – can’t wait to try the 1st bottle you poured

QOTD: I also cannot believe you waited so long to do a Bandol episodes. These wines are pretty consistently awesome. First time I had a Bandol was one I bought on a whim, a Domaine de la Tour du Bon 2003 Bandol which was very good. Great show, looking forward to picking up a bottle of the Domaine Le Galantin.

Love Bandol, after reading Adventures on the Wine Route by Kermit Lynch how could one not be interested in Bandol. For me it’s an area that seems to have great consistency, aside from the fact that Mouvedre is right in my wheelhouse.

Yum, I have several Bandols at home, I wanted to let them sleep, but I think I need to sample tonight.
