AWESOME episode! I was glued to the monitor for the whole time. I am currently looking to convert a closet in my house to a cellar, so I’m trying to grab as much information as possible. Perfect timing of the episode for me! My cellar will be totally bare bones, so I will not get anywhere near even $10/bottle for the storage, but it will do the job… you brought up some interesting concerns that I’ll have to look a bit further before I begin construction… But I found the episode very informative. Thanks for doing it!

Awesome! I loved the episode. I have total cellar envy. I just invested in my first set of wine racks (the boxes with the 4 slots of six) that should be delivered soon. So I can finally take my wine out of the styrofoam containers they’ve been sitting in for 6 months! Yes, my hannukah present to myself. 3 boxes to hold wine. And it’s not even going to hold my entire collection. Once step at a time…

Cardigan man, cardigan man. King of the entire universe, man.

Hope you all wiped your feet before you went in that dining room.

Now I feel a little better about having six or eight cases strewn around the apartment.

Cool show Gary, I really liked it (even though I’m dying to find out the contest winner). Don’t think I’ll be building anything like that anytime soon… :(

Here lately I have been sitting back around 430 or 500 in the afternoon in my easy chair with a bottle of wine most of the time and maybe some cheese and or crackers of sorts and sip and munch until WLTV hits my laptop screen. As I watch these episodes I think to myself, “this is it, it can’t get much better than this”. Then I’ll think, “what is GV going to do today to keep my interest”. Guess what, you have come through again GV, now I want a cellar. My little 500 bottle cabinet has suddenly become hmmmmmmm dommmmmmm. Of coarse my wife is going to kill the both of us before it is all over. What an episode. THANK YOU

“This must be the dining room, right?” Good guess, Gary!

Wow – great episode. I really warmed up to it once you hit cellar #2 and started talking about the different types of wood. It was great the rest of the way.
Further proof you could carry your own TV series.

Thanks Gary, I thought so! It’s Gary and Jay’s fault that I like wine as much as I do. What a great class (event?) they put on way back when. Good times!!!

This really was awesome GV. I love Jay by the way, if I could afford him and he worked in MPLS I would drop the $75,000 for a kick ass wine room.

Seriously tho, excellent job today guys!!!
