such a wine geek episode… love it. it seperates the boys from the men if one is glued to the screen. talk about trophy rooms though. and weeahhh, i have mold in my room and on my bottles. wine tastes better when there is mold on the bottle, duh.

Absolutely awesome episode gary. It was like a wet dream for me. My 16 bottle little unit doesn’t even hold my good wines. And as a CKC, I can say all of those cellars were realistic for my lifestyle. I could build a cellar like that if I used my entire apartment and sold a kidney to pay for it maybe…not a bad idea!

P.s. Your free shipping is not really helping my budget

Really good episode Gary! Being that I am into wine and also an architect, I was really into this. I’m young and still renting, but someday I will be living in a house of my own design with a very nice wine cellar.

A must see episode for sure. Jay Rosen offered so much information for those thinking about cellaring. We cellar in some sort of disorganized crazy fashion. Perhaps we’ll get organized in such a nice way. Definitely food for thought. We can’t thank you enough.
