    Sensei,

Very cool EP and Eric seemed like a great guy. I will definately look for the book!!

Suggestion – you need to watch where you place the bottles when you have a guest. Most of the time Eric was peaking out from behind them…

We have liked NZ wines for a while now and love a NZ Sauv Blanc when floating in our boat. One most have a screw cap and they are very refreshing when it is hot. You are correct that some have gone over the top in the grapefruit characteristic, but still many good ones at good QPR. We usually choose an Alsacian Sauv Blanc or Sancerre for serious food pairings. (Hoppers have come a long way with the guidance/wisdom of our Sensei!!…:)

Have I thanked you lately for all your energy and for making this thing happen?? I guess I just did!!

    Cheers,

    Hopper

    ERIC you’re the RADOOLEST!
QotD – What would you like to see baked inside of a pie? Candied Yams….. I know it sounds gross, but just think about it….soft yams with brown sugar baked inside of a flakey crust and marshmellows lightly toasted on top…..come on…you know that sounds delicious!
