   Now when I think of New Zealand Meat Pies I think of Flight of the Concords. Almost anything baked in a meat pie is great. I like Shepherd Pies that are meat pies also. but you need a New Zealand Pinot Noir for those.

    How ironic, I just had a lousy grapefruit-tasting sauvignon blanc (2006 Catalina Sounds)from NZ the other night. Then again I don’t like sauvignon blanc that much anyway.

    Interesting episode. Liked how you hid Eric behind the wine bottles, then leaned fwd to show that your head is soooo much bigger than his. o O ! QOTD – Ground buffalo, cabbage and onions, bit of red wine, lots of pepper, some salt – priceless.

    QOTD – bake this inside a pie – take pineapple salsa, mix it with a bit of sour cream, and then bake it in the pie on top of some grilled chicken, peppers, tomatoes, a little onion, and some 3 cheese mexican blend. That’s what you want inside a pie.
