QOTD: When I drink a wine that needs decanting, I decant. I can’t afford to drink that kind of wine every day, so I do some P&P, too.

I will try to decant…..decanters are expensive over here…does a decanter has to be made of glass? Can I use a plastic?

I liked this episode quite a bit. Great to see Mr. Davies come in and through down some thoughts and knowledge about wines. QOTD: A good question, and I would answer “not” because I dont own a decanter. Sad, I know. I look at them at my wine shop but theyre so damned expensive. Im torn between buying a nice one that looks great and will stand up to years of use, and a cheap one that serves its purpose.
