One of the great discoveries of 2007 for me and many Vayniacs was the Torrentes grape from Argentina.

    It’s several days later, and I found a couple of bottles of torrontes at a local shop. Man0hMan, do I love this wine! It’s great — can’t believe it was only $8. Oh, and I’m sipping some while eating gorgonzola & crackers (with a bit of quince paste) — one of those mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm pairings.

    Thanks for bringing this wine to my attention! :)
