QOTD: A trick question – according to the Vayniac manifesto there should be no everyday wine. A few years ago I had the Falesco Vitiano as an everyday, spaghetti red. It was a Wine Spectator best buy/value – fairly average and medium bodied. Nowdays all bets are off and I’m trying different things……

Top 20? QOTD if I have one, it would be la Veille Ferme (sp?) rose.

So, where in NC would you visit. This is a big state! (at least compared to New Jersey)

I actually have a wine rack that was a gift that holds 38 bottles and I use that for the everyday wine. I load it up with wine under 28 dollars that is great, I try to make half of those wines I have never tried but that come from good recommended sources like the barbera that you recommended. This was I get to try something new all time tine. Cheers
