7 more??!! I agree with an earlier comment. WTF!!!!!!??????? You can’t drop a bomb like that and walk away without some explanation. What do I love to do? I love to watch Gary. Now that’s gone. This sucks. I am officially depressed.

I’m off Shiraz / Syrah… I’m sure today’s was great, but since you’ve introduced me to the ‘Doc, I’ve been exploring the vegetal and sock funk.

QOTD: My wife, some friends, a sniffy-sniff and a sunset

I love to learn about wine and try to taste as many different wines as possible. I would also love to work at Wine Library with Gary, Mott and Sasha.

Whoa whoa whoa. I just found WLtv a month ago and now you’re saying its only got 7 more shows? Gary, you are the reason I started giving wine a chance. My girl loves it but hated that I never shared it with her. Now I am learning about wine and you’re blowing us off? Not cool dude.

This is by far my favourite episode to date. I’ve been watching the show since episode 197 (missed a few here and there) and it inspired me to get into wine. As a university student I am glad that Gary has donated his knowledge and enthusiasm to all of us to educate us on this great activity.

Gary don’t threaten to only do 7 more shows – I’m sure you’ll end up with crazy stalkers (I’ll start the fund – first paid stalkers :P ).

Loved the show – oh so aching to try one of those Torbreck’s – might have to find an excuse to indulge – perhaps I might be able to find one ;) .

Playing w/ wine is an excellent idea! I’ve been doing it over the past two months or so thanks to you – and highly recommend it. I wonder if thats where sangria came from :P

Whaddya mean only 7 more shows? I just got into this a couple of months ago… you can’t stop!

I love to laugh, and I love to be with good people. I guess you could take all else but the bare essentials away, but leave me those two things and I’d be OK.

That doesn’t mean he’s retiring the show at 400, does it?

    Nice show Gary…..

QOTS: If I had to pick one thing that I like to do I would have to pick, “talking with the wiser generation”. Sitting down and having a conversation (really listening more than talking) with someone over the age of 65 or more. Especially someone in the mid to late 80’s and older. These folks have so much wisdom and I always learn so much from them. I am 50 plus and I still can sit for hours and listen to the stories and view points of a 90 year old person. Just unbelievable. These folks are a dying breed. The good Lord doesn’t make them anymore.

Gary, great show! Not by choice, but by practicality, it’s been taking me 24-48 hours to finish a bottle these days! Lately, it’s been shiraz/viognier– and I’ve enjoyed most of the bottles more on day 2.

qotd – cooking with friends while listening to great music and enjoying wine
sub.qotd – fresh, firm bing cherries

QOTD: I love reading to my 2 and 4 year old, hanging out with my best friend (wife), cooking for friends and sharing great wine with them, and finally, incising and draining oral abcesses.

Let’s hope GV means 7 eps until the big 400th, right?

    QOTD
Shopping with “the girls,” having lunch, listening to opera with favorite wine on Sunday afternoon. Big family dinners when everyone brings stuff.

Silly Gary, 7 more shows? How can you give up this advertising, I bet the sales volume immediately following a rave episode goes through the roof.

    Waiting for the tasting tomorrow.
I just had a full bodied Zin with 14.8% alcohol that totally overwhelmed the palate the first day but after a day or so it was great. A lot of dark fruit and a very smooth wine which I enjoyed tremendously. Also had on the same schedule, a new world fuit bomb (also Zin), medium bodied, which tasted fine the first day but wasn’t anything to write home about a day or two later.

QOTD: Eating Great Foods and Golf

I love drinking scotch, and wine, also bourbon. And watching the THUNDER SHOW! 7 shows? Your soul would implode if that happened, and we love you WAY too much for that to happen.

QOTD: Enjoying a nice bottle of wine at home with my husband on a chill weekend night with a good meal. So relaxing!

Yes, I HOPE the ‘7 more’ comment isn’t true, but I know you mentioned something big for 400. I guess we’ll have to see what you have up your sleeve.

    The Original Marc

QOTD: Pair wine with Kansas Basketball and/or the NCAA tournament. I love to open something nice and watch Kansas play. Throw in spending halftime with my girlfriend who puts up with my love for both, and I think they call that heaven.
