Happy Birthday AJ, What an awesome show. I’m touched at how open your family is with their affection towards each other, so nice to see. It’s also refreshing to see a family who likes each other. You are so lucky to have each other.

QOTD: I have a sister who is 3 years older than me, we are totally different but she is my very best girlfriend, and she is awesome. I also have 3 younger brothers who are 9/12, 13, and 16 years younger than me. They are also really awesome and we enjoy a lot of time together. It’s amazing how the older you get the less that big age gap seems to be. I love spending time with all my siblings :)

Awesome show. AJ’s reaction to wine was pretty much my first reaction too. Good to see that.

QOTD: No older sibs, I was the oldest, but watching this episode reminded me of how my family worked, I watched over my little bro and he always looked up to me and that bond is unlike any other in mankind.

    Happy Birthday AJ!

Coolness! I really enjoyed the show and a belated Happy Birthday to AJ. He was awesome on the show and seeing his “guinea pig” experience with wine was priceless.

QOTD: Actually, I have a sister who is 12 years older than me and she rocks. I’m 47 and she still calls me little brother. Trust me AJ, it never changes, but it’s all good.

Cool episode … love the brother dynamics! Yeah, I’ve got three older and one younger brother (and two older and one younger sister) … so I can relate! They are all pretty awesome in their own way … but also a handful at times.

Love the price tag at the bottom of AJ’s glass!

In my country, the legal drinking age is 7. In the same law, it is stated that drinking is not an option, but a duty. One must ingest equivalent to 21 grams of alcohol a day – or one will be deported to our sister-country Norway – home of the mountain-goats, and fishing-monkeys. A bold world indeed!
I have no brother! (I have, but he has been deported, and so, by law, does no longer exist).

QOTD: naw, my older bro has a handle-bar mustache and drinks zima!! Scary, right!?? Okay, Happy B’day AJ–next time around, don’t forget to thank momma Vaynerchuck, since she’s the one who brung ya into da whirl!!

I am the youngest of 9, 7 surviving, with over 7 years between myself and the next sibling. Thanks to my sister who is 16 years older, I had my first “WOW” moment with “good” wine. (Her pockets were deeper than mine and still are!)

After my parents went to Europe to visit my only brother, who was stationed in the Navy in Germany, they brought back the tradition of wine with meals. In our case, only special occasions, not daily. So, a shout out to my big brother, 20 years older than myself, who is turned on to WLTV. Guess a young dog can teach an old one a few tricks.

Happy belated birthday, AJ. Unlimited ceiling, rocketman!

    Happy 21st!

QOTD – I’m the oldest. This was a good show. My younger siblings are all past 21 but I’m sending this show to cousins and friends who are around 21 (19 in Canada).

    P.S. excellent show.

QOTD: One older brother … and he’s super cool!

Gv, that was one for the books, my little brother is also AJ, although I never had the chance to be part of his first wine experience. What put this whole experience into perspective is that your bro was born when I graduated from highschool, Wow, do I feel old or what ?? I hope that all the new viewers of WLTV get a chance to see this EP and realize that wine is an education and if you stick with it just a little bit,it will pay back dividends on the sniffy/sniff and the taste factor for sure.
QOTD: Got 2 older sisters, love ‘em to death, but I’m alone in the love of the wine world.

My first bottle of wine was a fifth rate Pinot Grigio! It basically scared me away from white wines thereafter. I still have yet to recover. AJ is definitely a lucky guy! Don’t feel bad though Gary we’re all lucky to have you too!

    Gary,
tonite you reminded me of my own older brother in his best moments: loving, inspiring, motivating, educating, role-modeling, persuading, admiring, bonding, glowing, drink-ing and tast-ing. Thanks for the memories bro.

AJ: life only gets better from here on, buddy.

CLASSIC!!!! QOD.. No, I am the oldest brother in a family of 8, but all my siblings get together once a week. We have a close knit family, not very common nowadays. My 2 kids, Veronica,15 and A.J.,14 are already pretty good at tasting wine and knowing the “right” food pairings. We all watch your show on occasion and they love it. Keep up the great work!! Al

QOTD: I am the older sibling, so I’ve got to say I can’t answer that.

That was a fun show. It was really great to see AJ not sure about what he was tasting. It’s easy to forget that that’s what everyone is like when they are first introduced to wine.

Happy Birthday AJ!! Wo that was a cool show and getting to taste a 21 year old opus one how cool is that.
QOTD: Although my older brother and I fight alot we have always been there for each other when it counts… very radol…

Yes and no, although I do like him quite a bit. We aren’t that close.
