    Hey Gary
Nice show, Gewurztraminer is something i really like but don’t drink that often! time to go out and get a bottle!

    QOTD: Let’s forward the linky-link!

PS Y is being vegetarian automatically healthier way of eating? I don’t see how a vegetarian diet is supperior to a regular, ballanced diet! C’mon! I love vegetarian food but i’m not unhealthy because i eat red meat…

You know, Gary, it is kind of shocking to see you waste wine. Wouldn’t some of the staff like to taste the wines after you’re done? If you used a new clean glass for each taste, would you have to rinse?

Excellent article in the Washington Post. I passed that on to friends that I have been trying to get to become regular viewers.

I would have like to have seen a little more pairing tasting with your thoughts like you do with the cheese.

Cool idea with the Veggie episode- I’ll forward it to my Veg friends. QOTD: I would if I had the tech knowledge to participate. Instead, I’ll trudge along with me random forwarding of shows to people.

Why blogging? ya, ya, web 2.0 is the thing now, but everyone does not blog, right? To be honest, for me, blogging is just that blonde at the party running her mouth…every so often she says something that catches the ear of someone… but OMG it gets old very quick…

    Rant over…

QOTD. Since I don’t do video, it will have to be something bloggy. This will require careful thought.

Exciting and a really special episode. I am not a vegetarian but we do eat a lot of hummus and falafels around here. It’s the national food. :)

    Thanks GV!

So much great wine from Alsace….Zind Humbrecht rocks.

Probably like most American I associate that rose color with the dreaded white zinfandel….sutter home white zinfandel….yeeesh. Takes me back to my college days in the late 80’s, sorority girls drinking that sutter home in their obnoxiously decorated rooms with the stuffed animals and those ‘husband’ pillows on the beds and UB40 on the CD player. Pink room, pink stuffed animals, pink pillow, pink wine…pink pink pink. I’d put up with pretty much anything to get my end wet. Tough to get that rose association out of my head but I’ll give it a shot with the Turkey Flat.

Reminds me of my vegetarian days back in the 70’s. Still love falafels and humus. Big fan here of Gewurztraminer and Chenin Blanc. Great show.

QOTD: Could put in on my blog but I haven’t used it much – maybe a good time to start. I’d probably get more exposure telling my art group that meets on Monday to watch. We don’t get finished until late, though.

what about red zins??? pinot noir??? i am a veggie head but i am not a huge fan of the white wines… all wine is good all the time … that is my motto!

I’m a semi-veg, so it’s great to see you doing wine that goes with veg food … although, what you were eating is more spice-driven than what I usually cook … By the end of the ep, I was yearning for some falafel!

    GARY!!
I do my part to spread the Vayniac Fever!!
I cut my Offical Vayniac Tshirt suggestively, and prance around the supermarket…(OK, I dont prance…)
I use catch phrases at work constantly!!! I tell patients that feel like theyre not getting better fast enough, that -”YOU with a little bit of Me are changing the way you’re going to get better!” I attach the printed web address to winelibrary to bottles when I give wine as gifts.. I do my part!!!!!
    :)

Not sure what I’ll be doing, but I’ll be doing something. And I already have an Apple TV, so I will be doing this just to spread the thunder.
