Congrats on 400 and heres to hoping you hit 1000! *cheers* QOTD: I havent had a lot of vodkas, sadly. I had a Vox vodka that I enjoyed, and I do like some absolute mandarin with a splash of OJ and sprite. yum.

QOTD: A vodka distilled from soy, simply called “3″. It brings the thunder. Every tried it?

Congrats on 400! You are doing a great job and keep getting better every episode. I really appreciate you doing the video blogs and taking the time out of your day to do these.

QOTD: Perfect 1864 vodka. Ever had it?

I’m a 19 college kid who has never drank non-communion related wine in my life, but have been watching the new vlogs and some archived ones for about a month. In a writing class, I was told to come up with a visual metaphor for an aspect of my life. I chose to use you or more specifically the log to show what I want to do with myself. I’m a polisci major who gets everything very well, but cannot deal with the snobby elitist type kids. I want to bring the complicated stuff to masses because I knew a lot of people that could get excited about the topics if presented to them in a more user-friendly way. So, at least all the kids in my class that were there for the presentation that got the thunder brought to them

Hey, what happened to my comment I posted when I was in Israel watching this show? I gave some grief to those Giants fans claiming they were “World Champions” – how could that be since only American teams played (and that game in London does not make you Golbal).

Never mind, QOTD – hardly drink the stuff now, but historically it was Stolichnaya, although the homemade lemon Vodka they do at Schmulik Cohens in Tel Aviv is pretty good.

Let the Giants fans enjoy this for now, but next season and for the next 20 years they will go back to being well….the Giants and have their typical 9-7 season, just miss the playoffs and get just enough wins to not get a high draft pick, so enjoy the next 20 years of mediocre football while the Pats are today favored to go back to the superbowl next season and have a 14-2 to 13-3 season.

Now before you talk about the Pats cheating, let’s talk about “Roger Clemens, Andy Pettitte, Chuck Knoblauch, Gary Sheffield, Jason Giambi, Daryl Strawberry, Dwight Goodin and the murderer Jim Leyritz”. Some people take sports like it’s life and death and make a bigger deal about Bill Bellichick than they do about more important things like Jim Leyritz killing an innocent woman with his car or George Steinbrenner being a convicted fellon and gangster.

    Hey Gary

Congratulations on the 400th show, they have all been great.

QOTD: Though I don’t drink much vodka, my favourite would interestingly be the Biason, but only because of sentimental reasons. I use to work with a Polish bloke in an English hotel whose mother sent him a bottle through the mail each week; good times!

    Congrats on the 400.

My favorite Vodka is the one that’s flavored with a variety of herbs and spices including, most predominantly, juniper. My favorite gin would probably have to be Citronelle, but Hendricks is pretty fine too.

GV – I gotta tell you that the NYG winning the Super Bowl is a major downer for me. I grew up with Gints (purposely spelled that way) fans and they were completely obnoxious!

Best Thing About the SB – Eli Manning coming of age.
Worst Thing About the SB besides Gints V – Tom Brady’s awesome season rained on.

I have never been a Vodka fan. The only thing that I can tell you is that I audited (I am a CPA) the Heublein company in Hartford, CT where they distilled and bottled Smirnoff vodka. I made them break open one of the stainless steel tanks used in distillation to see if it was full. It was full – the smell almost knocked me over. Filled with charcoal, the purifying and distilling ingredient!

    Peace

QOTD: Aristicrat! LOL I’m kidding. I don’t really have a favorite vodka. I’ve always been a beer guy..and now a wine and beer guy.

Congrats on 400, Gary! I’m really glad you’re sticking around.

Congrats to Mott and the other Giants fans, don’t forget to thank the Packer nation for giving you such a sweet, sweet victory last Sunday!

Great show GV! I just realized I went a whole week without watching an episode and I feel like a fool. Nice burgundy rec. QOTD: Chopin

Congrats Gary……made it to 400 and here’s to 400 more (hopefully). I can honestly say that I am not a Vodka guy. Too many bad nights with vodka and hangovers during college to enjoy it much any more. Keep up thee work and I will be watching.

Congratulations, GV! You surpassed the 400 milestone and are still going strong. Great epi.

QOTD: Had some black russians last week with the GreyGoose and I’d have to say that I was a very satisfied customer. For shots I prefer TEQUILA or Mango Rum in a more domestic setting.

    Len C

You are hysterical, I guess those shots got you a little buzzed :-) You do have to admit you are happier that the Giants won than if the Patriots would have. GO BIG BLUE!!!! QOTD Bellvadere

I’ve actually had the Bison Grass, and enjoyed it quite a bit. My favorite, however, is Ciroc. It’s distilled from French grapes, and is delicious. Does that make it technically a grappa?

I agree about Grey Goose. I don’t understand the hype.
