    1. Haven’t had any Pinot Grigio/Gris that I think are worth mentioning here. I’ll try seeking out that Fantinel…love the color.

    2. Can’t make it on the 29th…some of us gotta work.

    3. In the early days of cable TV in upstate NY (we got it in 1976 when I was 10), I remember seeing those Lionel Kiddie City ads on WPIX Channel 11…used to watch that channel for the Yankee games and that PIX! game after school…PIX! PIX! PIX! I remember that kangaroo jumping on the frown to turn it into a smile.

    Good matchup on the PGs.

QOTD #1: If it were the 22nd yes, but since it was moved to the 29th I doubt I’ll make it since it’s the little woman’s birthday. She has said “If you really want to go . . .” Do you know how long I would pay for that?

QOTD #2: Since visiting Rome a few years back, I had a glass of Livio Feluga PG every single day and it grew on me.

    Sante!

I remember when I was a kid we had a Lionel Playworld in El Paso, Tx. I loved that place.

QOTD2: Love the A to Z and Airlie from Oregon. Also, J. Hofstatter (imported by the same people that bring in the Fantinel) makes a great PG from Alto Adige.

Thanks clown you had me LOLing at my desk at work over the last few seconds of the show. I don’t have a favorite Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio but I just got some wine today delivered from Wine Lib and there is a Pinot Grigio in there so it may be my favorite ;)

Another good episode…like the head to head with the two glasses showing the difference in the color of the two wines. Can’t make it but have a lot of fun! QOTD Not a pinot grigio type but had a pinot by Palmina that was good outside of the ever so popular Santa Margherita back before I tried red wine.

QOTD: No WL party for me, unfortunately.

QOTD: I am really not a big fan of Pinot Grigio, so I don’t really have a favorite. Maybe I will give them another whirl.

Nice head-to-head, even if the results were unexpected. Alas, I wish I were attending the March feast!

QOTD’s: No, sorry, can’t come to the party. I have to teach college students some stuff. And my favorite PG? Don’t know. Maybe we should taste PG for our first wine tasting group here!
