Since the last time I tried any Israeli wine was over 8 years ago, I’m pretty sure it was well under $15

Just wanted to point out that Ron nailed it. And he listened! Gary asked when they were intercontinental champs, and neither ever was. Iron Sheik was world champ, briefly before Hulk landed on him. And both held a number of other regional championships.

    Rock on.

The Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff were WWF Tag Team Champions for 78 days from March 31, 1985 to June 17, 1985. Neither were intercontinental champions, but Iron Shiek was a WWF Champion for 28 days, from December 26, 1983 to January 23, 1984, losing the belt to Hulk Hogan. As an extra bonus of trivia, they both were entered into the WWF/E Hall of Fame the same year, 2005.

    Israeli wine FTW!

I was in Israel in January 2007 and went to the Golan vineyards it was a lot of fun and was probably what got me into wine in the first place. I had their Mt. Hermon red, Muscat, and Sion Creek white, all very good.

    keep it up

Not that I can remember. Unless Chateau Musar is a Kosher wine? What makes a wine Kosher anyway?

Now I’ve read these and realize I’m not first BUT…good call Phil, you’re right they weren’t. I’ll give GV credit for having them on the show though.

Hey GV, remember that skunk He-man guy, have you ever caught a wiff of that in a glass?

I didn’t look down to see if anyone got it but 3/31/85 to 6/17/85. Didn’t remember the dates but remember it happening like it was yesterday when they won.

    Hey GV!!

My records show that the Iran sheik held the title from December 26, 1983 to January 23, 1984. And Volkov only hold a title in a duo with the sheik, never on his own…

    Good show too!!
