Well I wish that I could say that I am drinking something this weekend…yet, I’ve been on a “break” from wines…and increasing the exercise routine. In an attempt to live long enough to see some of my wines age…I’ll be heading to an industry tasting on Monday and that is what I’ve been waiting for. All in all I’m saving up my stash for my return to “the city” in May. So what am I drinking this weekend???? Water.

QOTD: I will be drinking the Mettler Petite Syrah and one of Siduri’s Pinot tonight. Tomorrow I’m going to share the Evesham Wood Pinot with my parents for Holy Saturday lunch. Then on Easter Sunday at Aunty M’s, I’ll probably be served some of my cousin’s husband’s craptacular homemade wine and the Mogen David they always keep on hand for “special occasions.” In summation, my wine list for this weekend reminds me of the first line of A Tale of Two Cities!
