    QOTD:
Ravioli. You can do so many things with it. The filling can be seafood, cheese or meats. You can use different sauces from Red to white. You can add things like mushrooms or sausage.

I made some Lobster ravioli last weekend with s puréed shrimp binder. Made a Vermouth, shrimp stock, cream sauce. It was heaven.

Gary, Welcome home! This should be called the Great Italian Infanticide episode. These are waaaaaay too young. Like drinking a 5-year-old Ch. Latour — YUK! But wait ten or fifteen more years — thunderstorm.
QOTD: Frutti di Mare over linguine

Good show Gary. Great to see you back in the familiar set.

QOTD: Sit me down with a big antipasto platter (with a glass of wine, of course) and I am a happy, happy guy.

QOTD: I could eat pizza everyday. Classic Pizza Margherita. Mmm. I’m not a big fan of heavy cheesy pasta dishes. But beef, chicken, veal, seafood prepared in a good Italian restaurant are all excellent.

I want to be able to afford Barolo. I’ve had young inexpensive nebbiolo but never the “good stuff”.
