Easy, seafood fra diavolo. If I’m not wearing some, it wasn’t any good.
Second choice, my eggplant, cheese, tomato sauce and red pepper bake.

Hey, I live in France, you can’t buy Italian wines here. Never mind, I drink chateau Meney 2005 – a delight, full of mint and black plum. Price – $30 to les americans. I give it 91+ points.

Good show! Next to white truffles, my favorite food is Barolo (hey, wine is food!), made in the traditional or moderately traditional style.

I was just in Barolo in La Morra. What a beautiful place in the spring. The wines are awesome and they served my new Italian favorite – veal ravioli. Any chance of tasting some Renato Ratti?
