Oh yeah, congratulations, I know how much work it is and I think your audience (at least I do) appreciates how you put yourself out there.

I probably will. My only concern about books like this is that they are dated, and recommend all sorts of stuff I can’t find. But that may not be fair since I haven’t read yours yet.

For material that has a lifetime, like reviews of wines, I think web is better than paper. Somehow we have to come to grips with paying for stuff on the web!

    Dave.

Sure, GV, I’ll give it a try. Nice job for a self described “not the biggest education man” to become an author. Once can only hope that you enlisted the talent of your sister, and a good editor, to help you maintain coherency.

    Congratulations!

    Go CKCs!

Congrats on the book Gary!!! I’ll definitely be tracking down at least a copy or two. btw, when do you think you’ll be passing through San Francisco? Just like last year, I’ll be in the Bay Area after school gets out, but this time I’ll be heading over there a few weeks later. So, I’m hoping you’ll be passing through sometime in mid-June.

I laughed my ass off when you linked the burning bush to Zelda (instead of Moses).

QOTD: Yes – It will be interesting to see which wines will be available in other countries (i.e. Canada – and even then, each province has its own liquor board which decides which wines will be imported). But I’m always game for books on wine…
