QOTD: Keep doing what you do. I may own a few wine books, but even if they talk about the same grapes you do, video content adds a different style to it. Plus the fact that youre actually tasting wines instead of writing in a book “blah blah wines have blah blah flavors.” Youre digging in and unearthing things for us. MORE!!!!!!! tons of ideas …what about LTV on TV that will be awesome and i bet that it will habe more hits than american idol and or….broadcasting your show in another languages (subtitles) because i know of thousands or millions of people a round the world are vaniacs, but they dont know it yet

I love to explore and learn and you hit on something new for me. Thanks! In my opinion your best shows are the ones where you teach and taste new and obscure wines.
QOTD: I know you’re reserving this more for the folks who bought in (and maybe more would’ve bought in if you done this), but it would’ve been cool to see you barrel taste the Vayniak cabs. Maybe not too late to taste the young wines if their not bottled yet. This doesn’t even need to be a standalone show. Could be an aside that you do quickly a couple times between now and when the wine gets released so folks can hear your comments on how the wine matures. (kinda like what the winemakers have to do). It’ll help teach folks on how a wine evolves early in it’s life.

Man I was JUST around Cornas and I fell in love with their wines. If only I knew how much they go for back in the US I would have bought more!

QOTD: Keep doing interesting shows. Admittedly you’re making me spend almost all of my paycheck on wines…but that’s a GOOD thing…at least I keep telling myself that!

Also, if winelibrary has control over Corkd, allow a way to link up wines so that if three people enter a (just using today’s episode as an example) 2003 Jean Luc Colombo Cornas Louvee and one enters the wine as 2003 Colombo Cornas another person says 2003 Jean Colombo Cornas Louvee and a third says 2003 Jean Luc Colombo Cornas Louvee there’s a way to try and link those wines up so the ratings apply to all and it provides a clear picture of the wines. I know this is probably easier said than done given the great flexibility of the website…but MAN that’d be awesome as it’s tough when you see two/three/four wines you know are the same and you’re trying to put your rating/review to them.
