Vernaccia is another classic white wine that is overlooked by so many as they focus on the 1 or 2 white wines they drink from Italy. I hate to pick on Pinot Grigio but I want people to expand their palates.

QOTD: See, I grew up in Chicago, where there were the Cubs and the White Sox. I was a Cubs fan. Most of my friends were White Sox fans. Then I moved to New York. Oh I was still a Cubs fan, but… c’mon… so I became a Mets fan. I just couldn’t switch to the American League. Most of my friends were Yankees fans. But…I was also a Giants fan. Long time, first time… How about a book tour stop in Denver??? (this is starting to sound like Jim Rome and the clones…). If you do, the book store to stop at is the Tattered Cover book store – a great long-time independent book seller. There are there locations around town – pick the downtown or uptown location. QOTD: WHY??? I mean, why do you do it all, when you could probably dump 75% of it with little or no adverse impact to you at this point?? Most people would take into account the diminishing returns and scale some things back, but you do not roll that way at all. So WHY??
