Vernaccia is another classic white wine that is overlooked by so many as they focus on the 1 or 2 white wines they drink from Italy. I hate to pick on Pinot Grigio but I want people to expand their palates.

QOTD – I would ask you how your life has changed since you decided to put yourself out there to the world. It is something that I would never do because as a Chef I want food to go out the same everynight and have people write reviews and talk about how great everything was without being in the spotlight.

GV I can’t wait to try one of these whites. If we were chillin at a bar I would have to ask you what kind of cigar you want and we would have to smoke right there. I will see you at one of the SF book signings although an hour south in Santa Cruz there are a couple of nice friendly bookstores I will have to see if I can get them to recruit you to speak/sign..

I would like to see you anywhere close to Tidewater VA Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News, Williamsburg. It is a long schlep to the NYC area for me 6-7 hours at best. What I would ask is what wine you like with different foods. Like this one, never thought of what wine goes with Latkes but hey, why not?
