QOTD: I’m a big fan of Aventinus Weizenbock, a nice deep brew with a personality to match some hearty, flavorful meals. Definitely not something I’d reach for on an everyday basis, but when the mood hits it always satisfies!

I love expanding my beer palate as much as i love expanding my wine palate… I’m big on milk stouts right now, but if i had to choose only one thing, it’d have to be a Chimay Blue. or anything LaChouffe makes. yum.

Dogfish Head IPA is my go to beer for this time of year. A case is in the fridge at the moment.

In the winter, a darker brew – most anything from Unibroue.
