i am sooooooo upset that i missed the book tour stop in des moines…. i was actually doing my dj night like a block away from where gary went to hang out after the show, but didn’t get into wltv until like a month later (i think i was reading the book at the time though)

Good show. I love it when guests are on. You seem to up it another notch when theyre around. ( Again, MORE Sasha!) I expected to see a lot of OVER the top fruit bombs today, but it was nice that didnt happen. QOTD: Ive never been into beer. Ive had cheap and expensive, Bud amd mircorbews. Even Guiness. Beer doesnt do it for me at all.

Just discovered your show recently, and I like it…now trying to catch up. I’m a Belgian living in Spain, so I guess I have the best of both worlds : really good value for money wines (I challenge everyone with a 4.5â‚¬=6.5$ Campo de Borja for instance) and the BEST beers of the world. Twice a year I drive up/down between Belgium and Spain and you can bet my boot is full of alcohol! So : QOTD = my absolute favourite beer = Westvleteren 12, but since it was chosen best in a US competition, it’s hard to get it (the monks don’t brew more than absolutely necessary for breaking even), but it “civil” equivalent St Bernardus 12 is brilliant as well. Rochefort beers (also trappist beers) are equally wonderful. My favourite summer beer : a Hoegaarden white beer or a reddish Palm…

QOTD: I’m not much of a beer guy, but it would definitely be Red Oak. Too bad it’s only sold in NC, and not even bottled at that.
