qotd: Restaurant for wine would be Bern’s Steakhouse, I could give a 1000 areas for great wine but I’ll go with Pomerol if I had the $ for Petrus, for oddball wine area’s the Island of Reunion would be interesting, even though I wouldn’t be surprised if the wines aren’t very good.

QOTD: I've been to France. But would love to go back. However, I expect to go to Chile very soon for more than just the wine. Fascinating and beautiful country.

QOTD: If i’m flying I might as well visit De Martino in Chile. Their 2006 Single Vineyard Maule Valley Malbec was the first red wine that made me realise the quality that wine in general can have, and for only £11 ($18).

qotd: dunno I keep trying new things and finding things I like so I’m not able to narrow that down because I still feel like I’ll find something better soon. If I had to pick one right now it’d probably have to be to Chile.

God these tastings make me jealous. I want to be in on the action! I want to smell the poo!!! QOTD: Bourdeaux. Stock answer? Probably, but I think it would give me a great chance to expand my palate on reds and also cause I love me some rich foods and Sauternes. France for the win!
