Wine Steals in San Diego. Got us into wine. Great staff, great selection.

I think Gary should use the double self-thumb point. He came close at the beginning of the episode. For instance:

Who thinks this wine would go great with a tri tip at a Jets tailgate?

    This guy right here…

QOTD: Stonehome wine bar in Fort Greene (Brooklyn), Great owners, awesome service and a diverse list. Well, a little Euro centric, but its the service that really makes this place stand out. I highly recommend them, especially for any Burgundy fans.

    Hi Gary!

Today is my first real day off in months. School is done for a while, and I’m celebrating with a bit of Saint-Emilion before I start some much-needed spring cleaning. *contented sigh*

I’m sorry to say that I’ll miss your book signings in CA because I’m visiting the Bay Area a few weeks later than I did last year. Still, I’m hoping that I might be able to meet up with you in SF during my vacation. It seems like you visit the Bay Area fairly often these days to touch base with the Web 2.0 crowd. So, I’ll keep an eye on twitter while I’m in CA. Congrats again on the book. I ordered a signed copy the other day. I can hardly wait to read it.

The best wine bar I have been to is called Wine Steals in San Diego, California. Great selections and you can by wine by the half glass which allowed me to taste a lot of the gems in there.

hey, great show,, really liked.. just getting into wine.. find ur show really helpful in learning how to taste wine..

but – the scratch on the kitchen countertop when u were twirling the wine glass was very very irritating..

    :)
