I’ve only had a few cheap-o Barberas that were junk..

My guess is that you have a plane ticket to vist you for a taping of the show and a stay in New York for Nosh and vino..

QOTD – Best sketch comedy besides SNL – Mr. Show which used to be on HBO..

    aka Mike in Nebraska

Doh (Simpsons)! Forgot about the QOTD: Of course there is Seinfeld, Family Guy, ATHF, (pretty much anything of Adult Swim), ST:TNG, love me some Star Gate and the 1st 2 seasons of BattleStar Galactica were awesome! But for some reason I can literally sit all day and watch every episode of Futurama back to back and do it again the next day. There is just something about that show for me. As a kid I never missed an episode of Dukes of Hazard, GI Joe or Transformers.

QOTD: too many to choose from, but a few would be: Twin Peaks, Good Eats, Doctor Who (circa late 1970s with Tom Baker starring), The Daily Show when Craig Kilborn started it up, early Dave Letterman, Monk, Dexter, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, Freaks & Geeks, Arrested Development, first two seasons of Moonlighting, Top Gear, and the list goes on.

Inside the pumpkin is…. a piece of candy from last October that Mott overlooked.

    Gary
had a barbera recently at a small Italian cafe, I wanted a chianti but switched last minute, really good and a great compliment to the pumpkin raviolis.. In the pumpkin there is skittles.

Man vs Wild is my favorite show rite now, I think Bear Grills as a guest host would Rock.

    In the bucket: Patrick Ewing…?

    Hey Gary,
Great timing on the show. In the last week seems like all my local wine shops were hitting me up with specials on Barberas. Why do you think that is? Is there a certain time that all Barberas get released or something or is it just coincidence?
Favorite TV show ever? that’s a toughie, since it’s more by where I was in life. Overall probably Seinfeld, because it seems like anything that happens I can relate to a Seinfeld episode.

I must admit, I’ve never had a Barbera. I have had a couple of Amarones and a Barolo from the piemont region, now I must try a Barbera. Keep at it.

I don’t know how many time’s I’ve eyed Barbera in the wine shop and ended up going with something else (usually b/c of price… as shops nearby only carry more well-known or scored wines). Regardless I am excited to get into something other than Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Nero d’avola from Italy.

QOTD: The Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park. There’s nothing more funny than a good social commentary. However, touching shows like Extreme Home Makeover are nice too… and science programs!
