My favorite sports moment was when sports stopped existing…
oh, wait- I’m still waiting for that to happen. Damn.
(Seriously, what the hell do people get out of sports?!)
(Apart from fitness and friends and happy brain chemicals, who the hell needs them anyway!)
    ; )
No, but seriously, I f**king hate sports they’re about as interesting as…
actually they’re less interesting than anything else I can think of.
I’d prefer to count the grains of sand on a beach than watch a game of football.

Nice highlight on Gavi. I really need to expand my knowledge of Italian whites, just in time for summer seafood!

QOTD: Probably winning first place in a dressage horse show. I was proud!

    Oh-hoh-hoh this… AWESOME!

QOTD: I still get goosebumps thinking about a game I played in Little League All-Stars when I was in 5th grade. I went 3-5 with two jacks. The game went into extras and I hit a game tying (should have been game winning if only Erik S. could have been a little faster and beat out that bunt [it would be so cool if he was reading this]) home run in the bottom of the ninth, with two outs, on a 1-2 pitch (curve ball down in the zone).

Our ace couldn’t throw more than nine innings, damn Little League trying to protect little kids’ arms. :) In the tenth, the other team (who ended up going to regionals) put up five runs and we couldn’t answer.

One of the best QOTDs yet. I’m not going to be able to stop thinking about that for the rest of the day. Thanks GV.

    Gary,
I had Villa Sparina 2004 about 6 months ago. I remember it was good but
a little bit dull. Maybe this should be drunk young.

What bull pizzle. Gary you’re not doing your loyal fans right. Let’s at least get a posting up on this page that give a basic explanation. I’m betting that mine is the closet to correct–I knew it wasn’t a stunt.

QOTD: Is there anything else that happened this week that has pissed you off more than this?

    QOTD: Answer for me–no.

I’m sorry but there had better be a really good reason for the Cliffhanger, otherwise Gary is going to lose a lot of credibility with me…

Gavi reminds me of the 1980’s. (When I was a kid)
