		<description>Favorite food and wine pairing, Harbourne english blue goats cheese with a 2004 peller estates cabernet franc ice wine. i hosted a wine and cheese night last month and everyone is still raving about it! I&#039;m pretty sure i&#039;ll never get the opertunity to try this again, and alot of people in the world never will. I&#039;m glad i have the oppertunity and if any of you do, dive on it. bout £50 for the ice wine, if you can get it. And the cheese is about £8 per 100g, if your in the uk. Wiered pairing but the flavours are unreal, i challenge you to beat it. If I ever manage to get the 2 in the room together again, the invite is there for you Gary, its emotional.</description>
