To start: All of the finalists did a superb job. Number 3 with his “yellowtail – not sure if you can find this” was hilarious.

Number 2: His intro was brilliant. Hilarious.

But my vote goes to the Juice Library with his episode 182 reenactment of the environment changing your palate that really took the cake.

My vote is for number 1.

As far as the drinking game goes: there is a LOT of potential here.

Throwing corks at the camera – drink
“85″ – finish glass, repour
Action figures fall down – two drinks
When YOU drink instead of spit – drink full glass
mentions of cassis – at least two drinks

I’ll think of some more.

Great show – I’m a big fan of southern Rhone and Gigondas and vacqueyras.

I vote for number 3 but number 1 was a close second

QOTD: I may need to think about this awhile. There would have to be some setup involved, one doesn’t simply play a wine drinking game without having some planning. I suppose you could but I’m not sure how it would work – maybe this is actually part of the game? I see some kind of cards involved where players draw cards to narrow blind wines??

Good show, haven’t tried a Gigondas yet, but I’ve got a Vacqueyras on hand I’m anxious to open. I’m loving the Rhone wines I’m discovering this summer, from France AND my CA foothills!

I thought Juice Library #1, brought the most creativity (and I really laughed at the Color Purple reference)
