I completely agree, Gary: Laphroaig rocks...love that peaty goodness. (How could you not? It's such a complex and interesting flavor/smell. Nothing else like it...except taking a handful of peat and shoving it up your nose, I suppose.) Keep the episodes on spirits (with the amazing guests) coming -- I'm learning so much from them. You HAVE to do one on bourbon. There are some great high-end bourbons out there -- it's not all Maker's Mark and Wild Turkey. DO IT, GARY!!! Just discovered your website this week, and I am addicted.
