Also, there is no Vidal Blanc in the blend. It's predominantly Roussanne. We only grow vinifera. There is no residual sugar in this wine; you might be tasting the high alcohol content, 14.8%. Tiny production due to the frost of Easter 2007. I love the mouth feel of this wine. And "diaper" in the Viognier/Roussanne? Hmmm. This was a gold medal wine at American Wine Society. I have to say Gary; most of the other 46 states are going to be too terrified to send you wine after the reviews of Ohio and Maryland!
